The Department of Financial Services (“DFS”, previously known as the Insurance Department) has announced its new proposed No-Fault Regulations. DFS is accepting comments on the Regulations and we urge you to voice your concerns by June 22, 2012. The proposed changes may go into effect as early as June 30, 2012.
IMPORTANT: The deadline to respond to and comment on the Department’s proposed changes to the No-Fault regulations is June 22, 2012.
